1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "etpk," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the etpk online gaming platform, licensed by PAGCOR and operating under Philippine law.
• "Platform" refers to the etpk website accessible at https://etpk.net, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an etpk account.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the etpk Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) funds deposited into and held within a Player's etpk Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by etpk as part of a promotion.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and etpk. By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplemental terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or services.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that online gaming involves financial risk and you are participating voluntarily.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Participation on the etpk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing real-money gaming. etpk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend any Account found to belong to an underage individual, with all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The etpk Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents and visitors within the jurisdiction covered by that license. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable in their location. etpk does not represent that the Platform is legal or available for use in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update any information that changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active Account on the etpk Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. etpk uses automated systems and manual review to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, etpk reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any pending or completed transactions.

4 Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. etpk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify etpk support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. etpk will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that the payment details registered on your Account — including your GCash number, Maya number, or bank account details — belong to you personally. etpk will only process withdrawals to payment accounts registered in the same name as the etpk Account holder. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

etpk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, Coins.ph, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the exchange rate applicable at the time of receipt. etpk does not accept cash deposits sent by post or any physical payment method.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. etpk does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which etpk accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements).
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your etpk Account.
• etpk reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests in compliance with AMLC regulations.

5.4 Processing Times

etpk processes withdrawal requests promptly during standard business hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within the same business day for verified Accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

etpk is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and all related regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). etpk may freeze, delay, or report any transactions that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity. Players are required to cooperate with any such investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by etpk are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

etpk reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated betting strategies to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse with other Players.

6.4 etpk's Right to Amend Promotions

etpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such changes do not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered by a Player in good faith.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability

etpk offers a range of games including but not limited to slots, live dealer table games, sports betting, online sabong, and bingo. Game availability may vary and etpk reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game disruption that affects the outcome of a game round, etpk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. etpk's decision in such matters is final. etpk will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected wager.

7.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the etpk Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market. etpk reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and to apply individual bet limits to specific Accounts where circumstances warrant.

7.4 Void Bets

etpk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced, where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where the bet was placed after the relevant event has concluded. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the etpk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software or game logic.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting others in circumventing the one Account policy.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing etpk staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the etpk Platform — including but not limited to the etpk brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of etpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without etpk's express prior written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

etpk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

etpk is committed to protecting the privacy of its Players and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to your use of the etpk Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

etpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. etpk strongly encourages all Players to set personal limits and to seek help if gaming is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal harm.

etpk provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform at any time, with immediate effect.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming without permanently closing your Account.

etpk will honour all self-exclusion requests immediately and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded Players during the exclusion period. Players are reminded that the minimum age for gaming on etpk is 21 years old, consistent with PAGCOR requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, etpk's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

etpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
• Unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit etpk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting etpk support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completed KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by etpk

etpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where etpk reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms or any applicable law, or where etpk is required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 12, and 15 — shall continue to apply following termination of your Account.

14 Amendments to These Terms

etpk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, etpk will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.1. etpk recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to etpk's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Players who have concerns regarding the conduct of etpk as a licensed operator may also raise a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
